Acorns bursary with an grianÁn theatre

Bursary from An Grianan Theatre in Donegal to develop ‘We’re Still Here’ using the landscape to inform the development of setting within the play. Alongside the bursary, I will also be availing of dramaturgical sessions and mentoring.

The Lyric Theatre in Belfast hosted a development reading with Northern Irish actors Abigail McGibbon (Blue Lights BBC, David Ireland’s Sadie) and Charlie Bonner, which was directed by Emily Foran.

dublin fringe festival

Written over the course of 16 weeks, an initial reading of We’re Still Here was originally staged at Dublin Fringe Festival in September 2025. With actors Claire Barrett and Ruari Conaghan, and directed by Emily Foran, the reading was a part of ‘Scripted’, where each Lir Academy MFA playwright had an excerpt of their work staged.
